Yeah, it's Paint Tool SAI. I could give you a link to a non-trial version download (Don't worry, it doesn't have any viruses). You do need to download winrar or something to open the file, though, but I can also supply that link.

I would download it, but I need a password to download stuff, and my dad trusts, like, nothing ..;

I was wondering though, when I first made that post, I wanted to know if you could draw me a big daddy from Bioshock. But now that I think about it, you can't exactly draw stichpunks, and Big daddies are a lot harder(I tried and it failed, so... |D)
So, if you can't draw a big daddy, could you draw me a picture of Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame?

And, Ikr? Frollo is extremely similar to 1 in character. Even somewhat in appearances. There's actually a fan fic somewhat wrote called "The Sitchpunk of Notre Dame" and 1 is Frollo in it xD;

Another funny coincidence is that the cathedral in 9 is Notre Dame. And 1 keeps them locked away in a high point in the cathedral |D;

I looked up a picture of him and I couldn't help but think he looked like 1. XD; Dunno much about Frollo's personality, but I think it's pretty believable judging on appearance that they could be similar.
